Privacy policy
Data controller
Mobclick Media, S.L., Spanish tax ID B70482682, registered address Avenida de Chile, 34, 15009 A Coruña, Spain. Email: [email protected].
Data processed
When you use the form, we receive your name, email, company or website, service of interest, estimated investment and message. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to handle the enquiry; the others are optional. Do not include sensitive data or unnecessary third-party information. The infrastructure may process IP addresses, dates, requests and technical browser data to provide and protect the service.
Purposes and legal basis
We process requests for quotes or service information to take pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General enquiries are handled on the basis of Mobclick’s legitimate interest in managing incoming communications (Article 6(1)(f)). Form security and abuse prevention are based on the legitimate interest in protecting the website and its users. The privacy checkbox acknowledges receipt of the information; it does not authorise advertising. We do not use form data to subscribe you to marketing campaigns.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained as long as necessary to respond and manage the requested actions. Once this purpose ends, it is deleted or blocked where appropriate for the applicable statutory liability periods. If a contract is entered into, necessary data is retained in accordance with contractual, tax and accounting obligations. The anti-spam limit uses only attempts from the last hour; inactive files are removed during cleanup when new requests arrive.
Providers and recipients
Hetzner (hosting), Cloudflare (traffic distribution and security) and Google (email service) help provide the service. These providers may access data as necessary for their functions and under the terms applicable to the contracted services. We do not sell data. Data may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
International processing
Using Cloudflare and Google may involve processing or access from countries outside the European Economic Area. Locations and safeguards depend on the services and contractual configuration. Before production deployment, the applicable mechanism for each provider, such as a current adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, must be verified and this information completed with the safeguards actually contracted. You can request information at [email protected].
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by writing to [email protected] or the controller’s registered address. State the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to locate your data. Where there are reasonable doubts about your identity, we may request proportionate additional information. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Automated decisions and tracking
The website does not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels. Enquiries do not lead to automated decisions with legal effects, and this form is not used to build commercial profiles. Automated security measures may limit abusive requests.
Cookies and security
The form uses a technical session cookie to validate submissions. Cloudflare may use security cookies depending on enabled features. See the cookie information for details. The production website connection must use HTTPS.
